I love making home made pizza which includes making the sauce and shredding my own cheese. While there are many different recipes for pizza sauce out these and while some people prefer taking their time with the cooking the sauce, I find that this easy method I employ gives the sauce a pretty good taste considering it isn’t cooked. Here’s my take on easy pizza sauce. Makes around 21 oz. of sauce, enough to cover one large sized pizza, which you’ll find here.

Ingredients
- 15 oz. can of spaghetti or any tomato sauce. I used traditional flavor but it you can use any type you desire.
- 6 oz. tomato paste or 8 oz. tomato sauce or puree
- 2 Tbsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 2 tsps. garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. pepper

- Using a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. You can use immediately or refrigerate in a glass container for up to a week. Pretty simple. I hope you give this a try the next time you want to make your own pizza instead of just buying canned pizza sauce.
