Air Fried Potatoes

I wanted to have some oven roasted potatoes but since it’s too hot at this time of year, the air fryer has a feature to bake it. Love it and it’s so awesome. Here’s my version of air fried oven roasted potatoes. It’s pretty simple and I added a few ingredients that other recipes didn’t have.

Some ingredients I used

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. classic Classic Baby Creamers Potatoes (you can use Yukon Gold, too)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbs. oil (also have some oil spray on hand)
  • 1 Tbs. Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
These are the potatoes I used

1. Wash, dry and cut potatoes in half and place in a bowl. If you want them a little smaller, cut them in quarters.

2. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.

3. Add oil and dry ingredients to the potatoes and toss until its completely covered.

4. Cook in batches (if needed) by placing potatoes in the fry and spray some nonstick oil on top and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, flip potatoes, spray a little more oil and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until desired doneness.

Before cooking

4. You can now enjoy these as a side dish with meat, chicken, fish or even other veggies. I enjoyed mine with a boneless chuck beef steak. I hope you try this and thank you for stopping by. I truly appreciate it. Take care and Buen provecho!
